Alisa Montonen

Alisa Montonen specialises in the energy and infrastructure sectors as well as legal matters related to real estate investments and construction.

Alisa has extensive experience in various renewable energy projects especially with respect to assistance in the project development phase. In addition, she assists clients with real estate development projects, real estate acquisitions and lease agreement negotiations, as well as advises on other real estate and environmental law matters.

In energy and real estate development projects, Alisa regularly advises clients on questions related to land procurement, planning and authority proceedings, and handles various contract negotiations and appeal processes. In addition, Alisa has comprehensive experience in sector-specific regulation concerning the energy, real estate and construction sectors, as well as in conducting merger and acquisition processes in the mentioned fields and advising on day-to-day asset management matters.

Alisa is a member of the Finnish Bar Association’s Expert Teams of Environmental Law and Property and Construction Law, a member of the Renewables Finland’s offshore wind committee, and a member of the Finnish Data Center Association’s (FDCA) policy and regulation working group.
