UB Renewable Energy Fund – Comprehensive legal counsel for renewable energy project development

We act as trusted legal counsel to United Bankers’ UB Renewable Energy Fund, providing comprehensive and strategic advice for renewable energy project development.

Our work has encompassed critical project development matters, including land acquisition and leasing support, land use planning, zoning and permitting, project structuring and corporate matters, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements with landowners and other key stakeholders. We have also acted as legal counsel in complex administrative proceedings and appeals arising in connection with the projects.

The United Bankers’ UB Renewable Energy Fund offers the opportunity to invest in the growing market created by the energy revolution and the green transition. The fund invests mainly in renewable energy development projects and renewable energy power plants, such as wind farms and solar power plants, located in Finland and Europe. In addition, the fund may invest in infrastructure that supports the fund’s investments or energy production, transmission and storage in general, as well as in the hydrogen industry. The fund is managed by UB Rahastoyhtiö Oy.
