Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy – Siikajoki windfarm

Lieke acts as the legal advisor to Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy in the planning, procurement, and construction of the Siikajoki wind farm. In December 2022, Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy concluded into an agreement with turbine manufacturer Vestas for the supply of the wind turbines.

This project represents Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy’s largest investment to date and involves the construction of 38 wind turbines. The total investment value of the project is approximately EUR 330 million. Lieke advises Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy on all legal matters related to the Siikajoki windfarm, including assistance with contract negotiations and construction-phase risk management.
