Alisa Montonen specializes in the energy and infrastructure sector as well as real estate arrangements and construction law. Montonen’s assignments typically concern the planning, permitting and construction of large energy and other projects, contract negotiations, conducting related merger & acquisition processes, as well as real estate environmental law advice and assisting in appeal processes.
Montonen has extensive experience in various energy projects especially with respect of renewable energy, as well as in real estate projects and arrangements, lease agreement negotiations and environmental law advisory.
Montonen has previously worked as a Senior Associate in one of Finland’s leading law firms, and as a visiting lawyer at a Finnish investment and asset management company.
Montonen is a member of the Finnish Bar Association’s Expert Teams of Environmental Law and Property and Construction Law as well as a member of the Finnish Wind Power Association’s offshore wind committee.
