Marja Norrena specialises in commercial dispute resolution and conflict management. She represents clients in litigation, domestic and international arbitration as well as in conflict avoidance and conflict management.
Marja typically works on large and demanding disputes, such as construction, commercial contracts, damages and shareholders’ agreements.
Marja has more than 20 years’ experience in litigation and arbitration in a variety of industries. She has also successfully represented clients in numerous assignments where court proceedings or arbitration were avoided or where a dispute was settled. In addition, Marja serves as arbitrator.
Marja also advises clients on employment law matters and acts as counsel in employment litigation.
Marja is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
