Panu Vasama specializes in complex energy production and green transition projects, as well as legal and contractual matters in the energy, construction, and circular economy sectors.
With extensive experience in major energy and industrial investment projects, Panu provides invaluable expertise in project development, commercial contracts, construction, and international project delivery.
His key areas of expertise include energy and commodity purchase and sales agreements, project development, equipment supply and construction contracts, and project legal risk management. Panu also advises clients on energy-sector M&A and regulatory matters in electricity and gas markets.
Prior to joining Lieke, Panu worked as in-house counsel for an international energy company.
