Kristiina Välimaa-Salmenkylä specialises in assignments related to the energy and infrastructure and construction sectors.
Kristiina assists clients broadly in commercial contracts, legal advisory matters and merger and acquisition processes and arrangements in these sectors. She also specialises in the regulation of electricity grids and regularly assists clients with related contracts.
Kristiina has experience in various renewable energy projects, such as wind, solar, energy storage, and hydrogen projects. Her experience covers matters relating to their planning, permitting and construction, as well as related contract negotiations and mergers and acquisitions processes.
Kristiina also regularly assists clients in contract negotiations for construction projects, including the drafting of construction and supply contracts.
