Kristiina has experience from various renewable energy projects, such as wind, solar and hydrogen projects, including their planning, permitting and construction, as well as related contract negotiations and merger and acquisitions processes.
Kristiina also regularly assists clients in contract negotiations for construction projects, including the drafting of construction and supply contracts.
