We have extensive experience in complex court proceedings in general courts and administrative courts. We have successfully represented clients in numerous demanding commercial disputes relating to, among other things, commercial contracts, project deliveries, real estate and construction, as well as employment and civil service law, corporate law and insolvency matters. We also handle criminal proceedings relating to occupational safety and environmental law, along with occasional business-related criminal proceedings.
Furthermore, we are experienced in various injunctions and document production requests, court mediation, and a wide range of matters related to the enforcement of court judgments and arbitration awards.
