In addition to legal advice, we also support clients with internal and external communications in these contexts. We approach change situations by forming a comprehensive understanding of the client’s objectives and the available courses of action, after which we support the client throughout the entire process in a manner tailored to the client’s wishes. Our international partner network enables the implementation of changes also at group level.

We advise and represent clients comprehensively in employment and public service-related disputes, including litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitration and mediation, and assist in achieving settlements through various contractual mechanisms and negotiations. In dispute situations, we always conduct a careful analysis of the client’s position and develop a clear strategy to achieve the desired outcome.

In addition, we assist with occupational health and safety-related matters and conduct compliance reviews. We also provide tailored training programmes for management and personnel in accordance with the clients’ needs.
