Markus Pulkkinen appointed as Senior Associate
Markus Pulkkinen has been appointed as Senior Associate as of 2 January 2023. Markus is specialized in public procurement and will further strengthen Lieke’s expertise in this field. “Great to be part of Lieke’s community and utilize my previous experience in public procurement for the benefit of Lieke’s customers. I hope that I can make use of my extensive experience especially in the field of ICT-procurements.”
Markus advises Lieke’s customers also in matters related to commercial agreements and IT law. Before his career as a lawyer Markus has graduated from the Police University College and has worked some years as a senior constable .
