Markus Pulkkinen is specialized in public procurement, commercial agreements and IT law.
Pulkkinen assists Lieke’s customers especially in matters that apply to public procurement legislation such as public procurement competitive tendering, drafting procurement agreements, procurement procedures and procurement-related rectification and litigation processes.
Before joining Lieke, Pulkkinen worked as a lawyer in central purchasing body Hansel Ltd. and in the National Cyber Security Centre as a legal expert and as a lawyer.
