Dispute resolution

Our focus is on the proactive management of a wide range of commercial disputes and on assisting clients in complex, large-scale domestic and cross-border arbitration, litigation, and mediation proceedings. We handle all aspects of the process, from the initial assessment and negotiations to the enforcement of judgements and arbitral awards. Our experienced professionals also act as arbitrators.

We provide representation in disputes across a wide range of industries and legal disciplines. We have strong expertise in disputes relating to construction and real estate, energy, supply and project agreements, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, insurance contracts, and corporate and employment matters. We also advise clients on matters relating to environmental law and occupational health and safety, as well as on selected white-collar crime cases.

A comprehensive understanding of our client’s objectives and options forms the basis of our approach to disputes. We continuously reassess the effectiveness of the adopted strategy, as we understand that circumstances can always change. In negotiations, we take a business-oriented approach, aiming to achieve the solution the client is looking for. If a dispute proceeds to litigation, we do everything we can to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
