We act as one of Myrsky Energia Oy’s trusted legal counsels, providing comprehensive and strategic advice across the full lifecycle of renewable energy project development.

Our work has encompassed a broad range of critical project development matters, including land acquisition and leasing, land use planning and zoning, project structuring, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements with landowners, grid operators and other key stakeholders. We have also advised on complex nature conservation and other environmental law issues arising in connection with the projects.
