Winda Energy Oy – Long-term H2PPA

We assisted Winda Energy Oy in its negotiations concerning a long-term power purchase agreement (H2PPA) with Ren-Gas.

Under the H2PPA, Winda Energy Oy provides clean electricity produced by onshore wind power to Ren-Gas to be used in Ren-Gas’ e-methane facility in Tampere.

An important element of the PPA negotiations was to ensure that the agreement fulfills the EU requirements for green hydrogen production (RFNBO).
