Geological Survey of Finland – GTK Mintec’s new pilot plant

We assisted the Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) with its investment project for a new mineral processing pilot plant in Outokumpu. The project strengthens research and development in the minerals sector and promotes the sustainable use of raw materials and the circular economy.

Our assignment included drafting and negotiating project agreements, as well as planning and implementing public procurement procedures. Our advice also covered the project’s contractual structures, allocation of responsibilities and risk management.
