Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy – Alajoki-Peuralinna Wind Farm

Lieke acts as Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy’s advisor on all legal matters of the Alajoki-Peuralinna wind farm project of the Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy. The project requires extensive understanding of the various aspects of the wind power project as well as related legal issues.

We are acting as Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy’s  legal advisor in the Alajoki-Peuralinna wind farm comprising 14 wind turbines to be completed in 2024.

We have assisted Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy in the purchase of the project rights in 2019 and subsequently in further development, wind turbine procurement and balance of plant contracts. Our role covers also covers legal project management and land use related issues.

The project requires a broad understanding of the different aspects of the wind farm project, their interrelations, and legal issues related to wind power construction.
