Keravan Energia Oy – New headquarters building

We acted as legal counsel to Keravan Energia in the construction of its new headquarters building.

We assisted Keravan Energia Oy in the public procurement process, which was carried out in accordance with the procedural provisions of the Finnish Procurement Act for Special Sectors (1398/2016, “Act”).

The subject of the procurement was the construction of the new headquarters building and related outdoor areas. Lieke was responsible for the overall implementation of the procurement in cooperation with Keravan Energia Oy. Lieke’s assistance included the preparation of the building contract and other procurement documents, the procurement decisions and other tasks required for the public procurement procedure. The estimated value of the procurement exceeded the EU threshold value specified in the Act.

In addition, Lieke assisted Keravan Energia Oy in the financing arrangement of, and in determining and selecting the implementation model for the project.
