Erica Candolin appointed as Head of Back Office
Erica Candolin has been appointed as Head of Back Office as of 16 November 2023. Erica joins Lieke’s Back Office team, where she is responsible for Lieke’s internal business services including service development. Before joining Lieke, Candolin worked at a Big Four company as a sales and marketing manager and as a tax specialist. “Before coming to Lieke, I worked as a sales and marketing manager at a Big Four company. My role included planning and implementing all kinds of “go to market” strategies together with experts. In addition, I was responsible for leading and developing some internal service teams. I have a strong interest in smooth processes and providing the best experience to both internal and external clients.”
