Aalto University Foundation sr – Sale of a property

Lieke assisted the Aalto University Foundation in an arrangement where the client sold a property in Otaniemi, Espoo to a company managed by HGR Property Partners.

The object of the transaction was an office property of approx. 1,300 square meters in the Otaniemi campus area in Espoo. The sale of the property enables HGR Property Partners to further develop the relevant area as a whole.

Lieke assisted the Aalto University Foundation in the negotiations of the arrangement’s sale and purchase agreement.
