Rabbalshede Kraft AB – Acquisition of wind farm from Enefit Green AS

We acted as the Finnish legal counsel to Rabbalshede Kraft AB in the acquisition of the Tolpanvaara wind farm.

TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund, the owner of Rabbalshede Kraft AB, has acquired the Tolpanvaara wind farm in Finland from Enefit Green AS. The transaction value is approximately EUR 83 million. Rabbalshede Kraft AB will be managing Tolpanvaara on behalf of TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund.

The Tolpanvaara onshore wind farm, with an installed capacity of 76 MW, is located approximately 30 kilometres from Pudasjärvi. The project comprises 13 Nordex turbines, capable of generating nearly 250 GWh of renewable electricity annually.
