We have assisted and represented clients in the following assignments, for example:

  • We have represented a public entity in a municipal appeal before the Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court in a matter concerning a corporate transaction. The municipal appeal was dismissed and the case was decided in favor of our client.
  • We have assisted a public entity in administrative court proceedings relating to the financing of a subsidiary.
  • We have assisted a public entity in administrative court proceedings relating to a guarantee given to a subsidiary.
