Jussi Ekonen and Rosa Lång appointed as Partners at Mäkitalo Attorneys
Lieke is delighted to announce the appointments of attorneys-at-law Jussi Ekonen and Rosa Lång as Partners as of 1 January 2023. As new Partners, Jussi and Rosa will strengthen Lieke’s senior competences in the Energy & Infrastructure, Construction, and private M&A practices.

Jussi is specialized in energy and infrastructure sector-related contract drafting, negotiation and contractual risk management. Additionally, Jussi has extensive experience in various domestic and cross-border M&A processes, company law matters, and commercial contracts. In addition to Jussi’s experience working as an attorney, he has worked as an inhouse-counsel in an international stock listed corporation.
Rosa specializes in construction and IT law, project management and various commercial contracts. Rosa is an experienced commercial lawyer and negotiator both in the contract negotiation phase and in dispute resolution situations with over 12 years’ experience in the field. In addition to her experience working as an attorney, she has worked as an inhouse-counsel in international groups both in construction and IT sectors.
