Riina Pajala and Maija Tevajärvi have been appointed as Associates
M.Sc. (Econ.) Riina Pajala and Maija Tevajärvi have been appointed as Associates as of 5 June 2023. Riina and Maija will join Lieke’s Construction and Energy & Infrastructure teams. Maija brings to Lieke her previous work experience from the energy sector where she has worked as an inhouse lawyer with duties related to energy taxation. “My career path continues from an inhouse position to an attorneys-at-law office. I’m happy to continue focusing on the energy sector – something that is already familiar to me. But I’m also excited to learn about construction law and I can’t wait to start working on some construction projects!”
Riina is freshly graduated as Master of Laws, however she also holds another Master’s degree on Economics. Riina has previous work experience from finance sector and from an attorneys-at-law office. “A Master of Science in Economics degree with a Master of Law degree is an excellent combination for working as a lawyer. My perspective is in firsthand customer’s business oriented and I’m happy to see that this is also what Lieke values as a core of the legal advice they provide. “
