We acted as legal counsel to Rabbalshede Kraft AB in the acquisition of Mörknässkogen Wind Farm.

We acted as legal counsel to Rabbalshede Kraft AB, a company operating in the renewable energy sector, in the transaction in which Rabbalshede Kraft acquired the Mörknässkogen Wind Farm.

Mörknässkogen Wind Farm is located in the municipality of Vöyri in Ostrobothnia, Finland, about 50 kilometers northeast of Vaasa. The facility consists of five wind turbines with a total height of 241 meters. The installed capacity is 29.5 MW. The park is expected to produce nearly 100 GWh of electricity per year, which corresponds to the annual consumption of approximately 18,200 households. The wind farm was commissioned in February 2024 and was acquired by Rabbalshede Kraft in the spring of 2025. The acquisition of Mörknässkogen Wind Farm is an important step in Rabbalshede Kraft’s expansion in the Nordic market.
