We assisted IBM on the Finnish aspects of the global separation and reorganization of Kyndryl Holdings, Inc., its managed infrastructure services business, prior to the spin-off of Kyndryl into a separate publicly traded company.

Our M&A team was led by Jani Rantanen and comprised Rosa Lång, Ida Lindfors and Essi Niitynpää, while the HR matters related to the transaction were dealt with by Marja Norrena’s employment law team.
