Hanna Tolonen appointed as Associate as of 1 September 2021
Hanna Tolonen has been appointed as Associate as of 1 September 2021. Hanna has graduated as a Master of Laws at the University of Helsinki in Spring 2020. Prior to joining Lieke’s team, Hanna worked at a leading Finnish law firm focusing on M&A transactions in the private market as well as general corporate law related matters. “In my previous position I was able to enhance my expertise on corporate law matters through domestic and cross-border transactions. At Lieke I’m able to expand my knowledge and deepen my expertise on versatile corporate law and commercial contract assignments. I’m thrilled to be a part of Lieke’s professional team!”
After her competitive tennis playing career, Hanna has challenged herself in floorball fields and padel courts during her spare time.
