Haminan Energia Oy – Sale of subsidiaries to CapMan Infra

We acted as the legal counsel to Haminan Energia in a transaction where Haminan Energia sells its subsidiaries Haminan Kaukolämpö Oy and Haminan Sähköverkko Oy to a fund managed by CapMan Infra.

We acted as the legal counsel to Haminan Energia Oy in a transaction involving the sale of its subsidiaries, Haminan Kaukolämpö Oy and Haminan Sähköverkko Oy, to a fund managed by CapMan Infra. As part of the transaction, Haminan Energia will also transfer the majority of its employees, various assets, and its electric vehicle platform solutions business to CapMan. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.

Haminan Kaukolämpö Oy, a district heating company, produces and supplies heat to households, businesses, and public sector customers in Hamina. Haminan Sähköverkko Oy operates the local electricity distribution grid within the area of the City of Hamina.
