Habeo Group Oy – Acquisition of PKK Sähkö Oy

We acted as the legal counsel to Habeo Group Oy in its acquisition of the shares in PKK Sähkö Oy which specialises in electrical contracting.

We acted as the legal counsel to Habeo Group Oy, a company operating in the technical building services sector, in its acquisition of the shares in PKK Sähkö Oy.  PKK Sähkö Oy specialises in electrical contracting and is operating in the Ostrobothnia region.
