DEAS Property Fund Finland I – Acquisition of a majority stake in Mikkelin Forum Oy

Lieke acted as legal advisor to DEAS Property Fund Finland I in its acquisition of a stake of approx. 87 % in the real estate company Mikkelin Forum from Suur-Savon Osuuspankki.

Mikkelin Forum Oy owns a multi-purpose building in the center of Mikkeli, including office, residential and retail premises. The ownership to the target transferred to the DEAS fund on 1 February 2023. Lieke’s role included carrying out the legal due diligence of the target, as well as handle the transaction agreement negotiations and transaction preparations.
