Cactos Oy – Financing Round

We acted as legal counsel to Cactos Oy in its EUR 12.5M financing round in which Union Square Ventures, Tesi, Hyundai Motor Group, Silence VC, FJ Labs, JTel Oy, and Rando Ventures Oy invested in the company.

We acted as legal counsel to Cactos Oy, a company specialising in smart energy storage systems, in its EUR 12.5M financing round. The round was led by U.S. based United Square Ventures and joined by several other domestic and international investors including Tesi.
