Marja Norrena and Maija Ahtiainen from Lieke’s Dispute resolution team contributed to the annual International Comparative Legal Guide (ICLG) – International Arbitration by authoring the Finland Chapter “The International Arbitration Laws and Regulations Finland 2026”.

The Finland Chapter concerns the arbitration proceedings and their regulation and practices in Finland. The publication covers, among other things, the requirements for a valid arbitration agreement, the governing legislation and its special features, choice of law rules, selection of the arbitral tribunal, interim measures, and the enforcement of arbitral awards.
