We acted as the legal counsel to Habeo Group Oy in a transaction where its subsidiary acquired the shares in LVI-Pitkälä Group, which specialises in HVAC building technology services.

We acted as the legal counsel to Habeo Group Oy, a company operating in the technical building services sector, in a transaction where its subsidiary acquired the shares in LVI-Pitkälä Lappi Oy, LVI-Pitkälä Rovaniemi Oy, LVI-Palvelu Pitkälä Oy, LVI-Pitkälä Pirkanmaa Oy, LVI-Pitkälä Etelä Oy, Lvi Newair Group Oy, and LVI-Pitkälä Newair Oy. The group comprises of companies specialising in HVAC building technology services and they operate throughout Finland.
