Kristiina Välimaa approved as a member of the Finnish Bar Association and appointed as Senior Associate
Our lawyer Kristiina Välimaa has been approved as a member of the Finnish Bar Association, effective as of 1 August 2024, and has been appointed as Senior Associate.
Kristiina specializes in assignments related to energy and infrastructure and construction sector. She assists our clients extensively in merger and acquisition processes and arrangements, commercial contracts and legal advisory matters relating to energy, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Kristiina is a deputy member of the Finnish Wind Power Association’s advocacy and offshore wind committees.
