Janne Veneranta specializes in finance and debt capital markets transactions.
Veneranta advises corporate borrowers, sponsors and financial institutions in all types of financing transactions, including project finance and real estate finance as well as corporate lending and financial restructuring. Veneranta has extensive experience from major energy and infrastructure related financing transactions, including traditional project financing and public-private partnership structures.
Prior to joining Lieke, Veneranta has worked more than ten years in one of Finland’s leading law firms and as a lawyer in the European Investment Bank (secondment) as well as in a big four company.
