Krootila regularly assists our clients in drafting and negotiating of supply, construction, licensing, ICT and GDPR related agreements. Krootila also assists our clients in matters related to access rights to governmental information.
Prior to joining Lieke, Krootila worked at a leading Finnish law firm focusing on real estate transactions and real estate development projects. Furthermore, Krootila has in-house experience and has worked as a DPO of a major Finnish research organisation.
