Suvi-Tuuli Saarnio appointed as Senior Associate
Suvi-Tuuli Saarnio has been appointed as Senior Associate as of 16 October 2024. Suvi-Tuuli will focus on mergers & acquisitions as well as company law. She has previously worked in other leading Finnish law firms, and is currently finalizing her Master’s degree in Sport and Health Sciences.
“In my previous roles I have focused on mergers & acquisitions. In addition, I have handled a wide range of corporate and contract law matters. What inspires me most about M&A is the versatility and dynamic nature of assignments, as well as the understanding of the wider commercial context of transactions highlighted in the role of an M&A lawyer.
