Suomen Voima Oy – 400 GWh PPA negotiations Taaleri Energia Oy

Lieke acted as an advisor to Suomen Voima Oy in the negotiations for PPA contracts when it purchased approximately 60% of the production of Taaleri Energia Oy´s Posio and Siikajoki wind farms. Lieke also assisted in corporate law matters related to the project.

We acted as an advisor for Suomen Voima Oy in the negotiations for PPA contracts (i.e. long-term power purchase agreements) for an annual production of 400 GWh from Taaleri Energia Oy’s Posio and Siikajoki wind farms.

Through the PPA contracts, Suomen Voima will acquire approximately 60 % of the farms’ annual electricity production. The power delivery is scheduled to begin after the farms have been built in the beginning of 2023.

In addition, Lieke assisted the Suomen Voima Oy in establishing an SPV for the project.
