Nenna Mustalahti appointed as HR Coordinator
Nenna Mustalahti has been appointed as Lieke’s HR coordinator, effective as of 2 May 2025. Nenna joins Lieke’s HR team, where she assists in HR operations.
Nenna has previously worked as a service coordinator and team leader at a consulting company, focusing on personnel assessments. In addition, she has worked in sales.
“My background is in education and, in addition to my main studies, I have studied human resources management, psychology and communications. In addition to my studies, I worked in sales for several years and in recent years I have worked as a service coordinator in a consulting company working on personnel assessments. So I am jumping into a completely new field when I move to Lieke, which is very exciting and I expect to learn a lot of new things.
The main focus of my work at Lieke will be on recruitment and competence development, which I already have previous experience in. Personnel assessments have been strongly involved in my previous work role and I have developed competence, for example, when working as a team leader.”
