Michelle Merlich appointed as Senior Associate
Michelle Merlich has been appointed as Senior Associate as of 12 February 2024. Michelle joins Lieke’s Construction and Energy & Infrastructure teams. She has previously worked as a lawyer in other law firms specializing in business law. Michelle has extensive experience especially in real estate transactions and other real estate-related assignments, as well as in commercial, corporate and contractual matters in general.
“Before joining Lieke, I worked as a lawyer in other leading Finnish law firms where my work focused on real estate transactions and real estate development projects. In addition to these, I also handled a wide range of other legal tasks related to, among others, contract law and company law. Themes related to real estate and environment have always been an area of interest for me, and I am delighted to be working closely with a variety of energy and construction projects at Lieke.”
