Marianna Holmberg appointed as Head of People and Culture
Marianna Holmberg has been appointed as Head of People and Culture at Lieke as of 1 December 2024. Marianna has been working at Lieke since 2015 in various roles within HR and marketing. In her new role, Marianna will lead Lieke’s HR team and be responsible for HR operations and corporate culture development, as well as recruitment.
“Next year marks ten years at Lieke: I started in September 2015 as the receptionist at the office we had at the time. My career path has included many phases, each of which has taught me about the business of a law firm, the industry in general, and especially about people.
While working in reception services, my role was largely focused on providing customer service to both external and internal clients. One of the most important lessons I learned was that small, well-thought-out details can create an experience of either quality or care—often both, depending on the context. A few years later, in a role that combined marketing and HR responsibilities, I delved into the foundations of organizational culture and focused on people and workplace development. I became familiar with a wide range of tasks, but people always remained the central focus of my work. I’m truly excited to continue strengthening Lieke’s culture, supporting various career paths, and improving internal processes.”
