Kia Vuorenvirta appointed as Associate
Kia Vuorenvirta has joined Lieke’s Company law, M&A and Commercial Agreements practice group as Associate on 15 January 2024. Before joining Lieke, Vuorenvirta has worked as a lawyer in the Finnish central securities depository, part of an international group, as interns in law firms, as a project coordinator in a gender equality network and as a legal advisor in a business confederation.
“Before joining Lieke, I worked as a lawyer in the Finnish central securities depository, where my work focused on finance law and contract law matters. In addition to these, I also performed a wide range of other legal tasks related to, inter alia, ESG, sanctions and regulatory development. During my studies, I also worked as an intern at large law firm, which was particularly useful for learning client-oriented approach. I have always been interested in corporate law and it is nice to continue working closely with this field at Lieke.“
