Janne Veneranta joins Lieke Attorneys Ltd. as Partner Elect

Attorney-at-Law, LL.M. Finance Janne Veneranta has been invited to join Lieke as Partner Elect. Janne Veneranta will head Lieke’s new Finance Practice Group. With the setting up of the finance practice, we will be able to serve our clients even better in large-scale energy and infrastructure projects as well as M&A and financing transactions.

Janne Veneranta specializes in finance and debt capital markets transactions. Veneranta advises corporate borrowers, sponsors and financial institutions in all types of financing transactions, including project finance and real estate finance as well as corporate lending and financial restructuring. Veneranta has extensive experience from major energy and infrastructure related financing transactions, including traditional project financing and public-private partnership structures. Prior to joining Lieke, Veneranta has worked more than ten years in one of Finland’s leading law firms and as a lawyer in the European Investment Bank (secondment) as well as in a big four company.
