Iiris Paavola approved as a member of the Finnish Bar Association and appointed as Senior Associate
Our lawyer Iiris Paavola has been approved as a member of the Finnish Bar Association, effective as of 8 November 2025, and has been appointed as Senior Associate.
Iiris specializes in commercial dispute resolution and employment law. Iiris assists clients in both domestic and international arbitration, litigation and mediation. She also advises clients on conflict prevention and management. Iiris also advises clients on various employment law related matters and assists in employment disputes as well as their prevention.
