Heidi Krootila appointed as Senior Associate
Heidi Krootila has been appointed as Senior Associate as of 11 September 2023. Heidi joined Lieke’s Company law, M&A and Commercial agreements practice group but will also advise Lieke’s customers on matters related to data privacy. “Before joining Lieke, I worked as a lawyer in a research organization where my main focus was on commercial agreements and data privacy. In addition to these, I also handled various other legal tasks related to, among other things, public access to documents, administrative processes, and real estate law, and I acted as the secretary for the management team in the absence of the General Counsel. Real estate transactions as well as M&A has always been one of my interests in the field of law and that’s why I’m happy to continue working with such assignments at Lieke. Also, my prior work experience from attorneys-at-law offices included mainly M&A transactions, among which I’m excited to continue my work.”
