Hanna Tolonen approved as a member of the Finnish Bar Association and appointed as Senior Associate
We are pleased to announce that our lawyer Hanna Tolonen has been officially approved as a member of the Finnish Bar Association, effective as of 19 April 2024. Additionally, Hanna has been appointed as a Senior Associate at Lieke.
Hanna specializes in M&A transactions as well as company and contract law related matters. Hanna assists our clients extensively in transactions and in various types of company and contract law matters, as well as in other matters related to her expertise areas.
