Change negotiations
We assisted a client throughout the change negotiation process, from planning to implementation. Together with the client, we drew up a timetable and the full set of documentation, including notices to negotiate, minutes, the employer’s report, and the presentation materials used during the negotiations.
Throughout the process, we supported the client in day-to-day matters and ensured compliance with the obligations under the Co-operation Act. We reviewed the materials together with the client and helped the employer prepare for the negotiation sessions and for questions from the workforce.
Once the negotiations had concluded, we helped the client in implement the decisions. We drafted notices of termination for affected employees and new employment contracts for those whose roles had changed.
