Sami Hemmer appointed as Associate
Sami Hemmer has been appointed as Associate in Lieke’s Transactions team, effective as of 1 April 2026. Sami focuses on M&A transactions and corporate matters. Sami has previously worked at other Finnish law firms as well as at an international professional services firm and has also earlier worked at Lieke as an Associate Trainee.
