Anni Kallio appointed as Associate
Anni Kallio has been appointed as Associate as of 9 January 2026. Anni specializes in M&A transactions and company law. Anni also assists with financing-related assignments. Prior to her appointment as a lawyer, Anni worked as an Associate Trainee at Lieke, assisting in various domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, as well as assignments related to corporate law and financing. She has also previously worked in other Finnish law firms.
