Lieke recently successfully assisted Comité Champagne and INAO in opposing a trademark application “CHAMPARTY” in the Finnish Patent and Registration Office and in the Finnish Market Court. The trademark application “CHAMPARTY” was used in connection with sparkling wine and other alcoholic beverages. The opposition was approved and the trademark application “CHAMPARTY” was revoked in full.
